Launch of THE MBO GROUP NEW ZEALAND

The MBO Group is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Auckland, New Zealand, headed up by Mike Bradley. Mike is the Managing Partner responsible for New Zealand.
Mike has 30 years of experience as a private equity investor and corporate advisor dealing with small and mid-market companies in a variety of industries across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Mike was a founder member of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group’s (ANZ’s) private equity business in New Zealand. Mike established and then led its sister Development Capital business for Australia and New Zealand, then led ANZ’s Private Equity business in New Zealand and chaired its global private equity management committee. During his time at ANZ, Mike was instrumental in the origination, execution, management and divestment of some 20 private equity investments and was ANZ’s board representative on most of these investments.
Prior to his roles at ANZ, Mike worked for Deloitte in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom in its Corporate Finance team, principally involved in advising on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings, and on MBO’s in the United Kingdom and Europe where such transactions have been much more prevalent. Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 whilst at Deloitte
